What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?undefinedWhat is the name of your state?California
I own a small cottage and lot near the beach in San Diego, space is precious and homes are crammed together good.
My neighbor is doing a condo conversation of 2 old (1950) rentals,we have a 3 unit garage at the back of the property with alley access,One garage is mine the other two are his, they are built to the property line, seperated by a wooden frame with interior wallboard.
He plans to demolish his 2 garages for open parking,so he can add a second storie addition,so he has told me verbally. There is an upcoming planning board meeting upcoming which I will attend. My questions are........

A:Is he liable for damage to my garage in the demolition process?
B:If the demolition is done professionly and my garage is left structurely sound, who is responsible for installing exterior siding on my exposed wall?
C:Any suggestions or thoughts on any questions or concerns I should have?

TIA,Wafaul
