"All states have to participate in the FIDM program" Yes this seems to be true but banks are not required to report or be part of the FIDM (this is what they told me) so the NCP has a bank account with 50k but the bull**** little bank she uses does not belong to FIDM program so I am SOL even though I have her account number.

This doesn't sound right. I haven't done the research, so I speak with tongue-in-cheek, but I'm pretty sure it's a federal requirement. Banks don't get to choose.

UPDATE!!!!!!

Well I guess I rang the right bell at CSEA. I was first told "nope nothing we can do." Then I was told by a superviser "nope you are SOL because we don't see her bank account listed on the FIDM." And oh btw banks don't have to be part of the FIDM."

So I am sitting around getting mad... more mad then really pissed. So I called the superviser again but got voice mail. I told her I intended to file a civil suit against their agency for discrimination because I am male. I said "you do not have a single case where a male nonCP owes this kind of money and you are doing nothing about it." I said I expected an attorney to contact me in 24 hours explaining why this case was not pursuable.

18 hours later not one but 2 contact me on 3 way calling. As soon as they heard she had over 30k in the bank from working under the table and that I knew her account number at the bank, they filed motions the same day for contempt, Cashbond and restraining order from what I asume is the use of her bank account. She will be served via police today.

Question: Cashbond ... I understand what this is... she must pay to bond out. What I don't know is how much does she have to pay? are cash bonds the full amount owed? or just a percentage? She owes? She owes $20,220.88. Her court date is on SEP 1 at 9:30am

Thank you!
