I joined a local credit union 3 months ago and they gave me a Checking Card with a VISA logo on it. Will I lose it in the BK?

If its a debit card.. probably not. Its not a 'credit' card per se, it still pulls entirely from your account.

I am going to file my papers on Monday and want to do some last minute checking. I have a Savings Plan thru my employer. It is with Trow Price and it has $808 in it. It is NOT an IRA but a Retirement Account. I want to make sure this is exempt as the books I have are vague here. Also. If you look back throught this thread I had an American Express Card for a never incorporated Micro Business and the name on the card showed the name of my micro business and mine. I have it listed as a personal debt. Also when the business first started AMERICAN EXPRESS BUSINESS FINANCE loaned me some small about ($160?) for some supplies I needed for the biz. I have it listed also. Besides that everything was easy. The advice I get on this board and the book from the NOLO PRESS have been very helpful
