What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California

This message regards positions in sales. If you have been getting harrassment by employers because they recieved false information on your past performance and history. This means they promise you qualified leads then give none and they dont give you the training all other employees recieved. Do you have to put them on future employment aplications knowing that they will give bad references? Your questions may pose as why would employers hire you then want to fire you? This is another legal issue. If any lawyers out their want a great civil rights case just contact me and we can go over it.

Any application forms you fill out will ask you to list all your former employers for the past "x" number of years. At the end of the application form, you will be requested to sign a statement in which you attest everything you've written on the application form is correct and true.

Yes, you need to list all your former employers, even though you know will give you a bad reference. What you need to do in an interview is explain why those particular employers will give you a bad reference so that the interviewer is prepared for what he or she will hear when they contact those companies.

Nothing you've written in your post suggests you have a civil rights case, although perhaps you've ommited some hugely significant details.

Where do you get your information?

If an aplication is used to evaluate skills and work history how could this be done working for a company three months or less? what is the purpose of putting down all employers? Further more give me a law that is written demanding all.
According to EDD it is suggested to Omitt temp or short term jobs giving employers a better look at your performance with full time and long term employment relationships. This holds true predominantly in sales where most people have several temp jobs. I bet you have a job such as a lwyer or doctor. Your job is stable. Not all of us have that luxury.

So, basically, you ask a question and a Lady who really knows her stuff gives you an answer, and then you argue with her about it. If you already knew the answer then why did you bother posting at all?

I think that you are confusing an application with a resume. True, on a resume you would probably want to list your RELEVANT experience; however, on an actual application where it asks for your COMPLETE employment history you would list all of the jobs you have had.

If you want to leave off an employer that you feel will give you a bad reference, you are free to do so.

The employer is then free to remove you from consideration since you have falsified your application.

It's your choice.
