I am a single mom just discharged, just received my income tax refund and obligations to my children medically that I had intentions on using this for, if I spend it before trustee releases it to me can I go to jail or what is the worse senerio

From what I understand your bankruptcy could be dismissed if you spend the return. Not really sure what the worse case scenario is...but for someone like me that would be my worse case scenario.
