Sinking Driveway

My home and driveway is 5 years old. The driveway has begun to sink as much as 3 inches on some slabs. Does the builder have any responsibility in fixing the problem?

Not if the builder's warranty has expired and most new construction warranties last about a year.

You're not in Lebanon, Ohio, are you??? I just looked at a newer house (foreclosure) over there with a sunken driveway, but I would guess more like 6 inches . . .
