The YouTube video was apparently targeting a California resident and it was viewable by those in California. A California court can be found to have jurisdiction.
But filing suit in either California or the videographer's state will essentially be the same.
If Ted's goal is simply to have the video removed, I can provide him with some possible ways to accomplish that. He will need to answer my original questions.
And then I will have to decide if I want to help him.
