That what i did last week and he won,t to countsued for back rent because i ask for title or money back, I have put carpet in LR Hall and Bedroon and did a lot of work and wasn,t asking for that back just the money when i through i had Broke the Mobile Home.

You really have some difficult problems here. You can't seem to get the title, and that is what you seem to need.

I know you said you have not much money, but you should really talk to a real estate lawyer, hopefully somebody who speaks in your native tongue.

If he is mentioning "counter-sue" to you... he is getting a lawyer... do you see?
You are not able to do this on your own.
