Your claim of a 1st amendment violation is false.
Your claim of EP gender violation is false.
Your premise about a court policy is wrong.

Also I'm not claiming a first amendment violation. I'm claiming a first amendment retaliation claim. That is where the govt retaliates against you for exercising your first amendment.
If you file a complaint and a judge retaliates against you how is that not a retaliation claim?
