What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NM Pulled over 8/28 for 70 in a 60, my cruise control was set at 65, told cop I would contest, gave me a court date of 9/28, didn't even sign the citation, arrived at court, was told by clerk there was no court that day and cop never even submitted the citation to court, she told me to call next week "to see what happens", called and was told that it was now in the system and come in any day b/t 8 and 930. Case for dismissal?
