I have two speeding tickets that I never took care off.This dates back to 1989 when I first got my license. I will like to correct this.
How can I fix this in California?

Is there a warrant out for your address? What is causing this 11 year late pang of consious? What was the nature of the charges?

If there is a warrant, get a lawyer to arrange it for you. If not have someone call and find out what to do.
