I filed for Divorce in Nov of 2000. Husband never responed back during his 30 days, he defaulted. He now claims he has until Nov. 2001 to put in for Spousal support. Is this true? The Marital Settlement Agreement states that we both Wavier Spousal. But then Reserved box was also marked........ does this mean he has 1 year to amend this agreement. He is on Social Security and has been released to work part time which he has not done as yet. Was married for 22 years.... I need to know if there is a 1 year clause for amendment or what is it....... 16 yr old son lives with me and i High School, 19 yr old Daughter lives with me going to College.....do get Social Security for Son....until he is 18. No Child support was requested on my part because i get SS for my son.

Thank you so much:confused:
