We were very unhappy with the original attorney we used during the initial divorce. We would'nt trust his judgement or a referal from him at this point.
If you have any other suggestions let us know. Your advice has been extremely appreciated.

You have several choices but keep in mind that you usually get what you pay for.
Ask for a referral from the local Bar Association.
Look for a young, hungry attorney anxious to establish his career as a tough litigator. His fees will not be too high and he will have the time to devote to your case. Inquire among the experienced (and expensive) attorneys or at the nearest law school.
Good luck. It is going to be a rocky road.
