State sales tax SOL?

What is the name of your state?Indiana
I had a business that went bk in the middle eighties. The state had placed a lien on some property because of some back sales tax, but then released the liens unexpectedly a few years ago.
Is there a SOL on state sales tax? And if there is, does it start from when it's owed?
(I now live in another state, but still have some property in Indiana)

Contact a lawyer in Indiana about how long the state has to foreclose a lien. I suspect the S/L has expired & the debt is uncollectible at this point.
