Statement of Reasons in Patent Application using the WIPO website - PCT method.

I am working on a patent application using the WIPO website - PCT method, and I was wondering if Statement of Reasons is the same as Statement of Objectives and Reasons as used in law making process.

Can you provide an example?

I really have no idea of how to state it.
