My father had lodged a petition for my immigrant visa Marrige doughter of us citizen since 97 Nov. Now I came to USA with visiting visa. Can I file I-485(Status adjust) during my stay in US and How can I bring my sponse & my children with immigrant visa legally.

I am sorry, I do not understand your situation..

You father is in the US on what visa ? He filed what petition for whom ? If you had a visa petition why did you come to the US ?

Thank for replying to me. My problem is
When my dad got citizenship of USA. He had submited petition for me to get Immigrant visa,before i got immigrant visa i came to USA with visiting visa not Immigrant visa. So my question is Can I file I 485 Adjustment of status.
