Hello,

I am very confused about my current status.

Process Outline:

-I enter the US with an F1 (International Student).
-I got married.
-She did not show up for the appointment.
-Petition got denied.
-I am getting divorce.
-Sister (US Citizen) filed a petition I-130
-Received I-767c from USCIS
-Mother (PR) can not file since I am older than 21 and I am still married

If an employer was willing to file a new H1 visa for me, what would my status be?

Is it possible for an employer to sponsor me?

I graduated as a Computer Engineer and worked for 1 year in an IT company in the US.
