I live in Wisconsin. My friend thought she was doing me a favor by "hooking" me up with one of her friends. I didn't know all too much about him other then he was old and cute. So one day he decided to call my cell, and asked to hang out. So I did, thought it would be my best interest to get to know him. So i drove to his work, picked him up and drove around for a bit. I wasn't familiar with the area so he was telling me were to drive. Then all of a sudden we ended up at a dead end road. He started grabbing me and trying to f*ck me, but I wouldn't let him considering that I just met him, literally. He was really pissed off and kept saying how I was a child and not acting like an adult and so on and so forth. So I took him home. A few days later, I talked to him again, I was afraid that if I wouldn't have sex with him, he wouldn't talk to me any more. So I went to his work to pick him up 3 days after I met him. He had his uncle with him and told me to go to his house. So I took the three of us there. We went inside and he took me to his bedroom. We made out and then he got on top of me and tryed to f*ck me again. And I told him that I didn't want to and used his uncle in the other room as an excuse. But the more he called me a child and the more he pressured me I gave into it. After this happening for the first time, it happed 4 more times after that. But when I refused to have sex with him any more because I got a boyfriend that cares about me, he stopped talking to me. It's really freaking my out the more I think about it. Was I the only one he had sex with that was under 18, did he only talk and hang out with me because I finally gave in. He is 24 years old. 8 years older than me, just about exactly 8 years, my birthday is 3 days before his. Now i'm to scared to tell my parents that I have had sex, none the less with someone so old! But I feel that he took great advantage of me. PLEASE someone help me with what to do!!!

What ever were you thinking driving this older man around and then going back again after you told him no? And his uncle was in on it?
Why would you do this if you had a boyfrined?

Yeah, he was nice enough to use a condom. THANKFULLY. The thing thats kinda preventing me from going to the police is that my parents would find out that I was having sex, with a 24 year old. I would be a disgrace to my family and it would be ALL OVER TOWN!! Is there a way to do it confidentially, without my parents?

Also, I didn't have a boyfriend at the time, but about 3 weeks after meeting the 24 yr old, and having sex 5 times, my ex boyfriend came back to me and started dating again. Hes only 17 for those who care. But thats when I told the older guy i couldn't **** him any more and that I didn't want to, I was afraid to tell him earlier, but he told me to never talk to him again. This is what scared me, was I just a peice of ass, when i thought he actually cared for me???

1) You would only be a "disgrace" if you DON'T report this guy. How are you going to feel when he does this to a 13-14 year old girl, knowing that had you spoken up, it wouldn't have happened? Don't you wish someone had spoken up about this guy before you met him?

2) As far as the town "knowing", don't you think a guy like this isn't already out telling all his friends about what he's up to? Guys who like to have sex with underage girls are not exactly known for their honor and integrity.

3) I'd also seriously consider cutting off your "friend" who set you up. Nice friend.

948.09 is only a misdemeanor and won't result in appropriate punishment.
For purposes of this situation the better charge would be 948.07 Child enticement. Whoever, with intent to commit any of the following acts, causes or attempts to cause any child who has not attained the age of 18 years to go into any vehicle, building, room or secluded place is guilty of a Class D felony:

Exposing a sex organ to the child or causing the child to expose a sex organ in violation of s. 948.10 (found below).
