step child falsely accusing of bad touch

What is the name of your state? Ohio, what would one do from once a report is made of inaapropriate touching to the authorites and of coursed denied, because it never happened. What does 1 do from after calling the authorities and telling them I want to take a polygraph to prove they never did what the child is alledging? How does 1 prove their innocents? And what can 1 expect to happen til the end result of inncocents or that it didn't happen comes to light?

GET AN ATTORNEY. In Ohio you need to cooperate with CSB to a certain extent but you want to talk to an attorney in your area of Ohio to find out the temperament of that local agency. There is so much more than just laws involved -- different agencies work differently. As I asked before is this child in counseling? What kind of "bad touch"? What kind of relationship is there with mom?

Call an attorney TODAY and get a consult. THere are several different types of tests that can be used as "lie Detector tests" you need an attorney competent to represent you at this point because there may be other issues beyond the facts.

Definitely, get an attorney, No way would I take one of those "voice analyzers" there was a big story on one of the news shows (60 minutes or one of them) showing how incredibly unreliable and unscientific they are, they are were actually shown to be more often incorrect than correct in the studied trial, and it was amazing how many law enforcement agencies were using them, also included was information regarding their purchase for use of interrogations at guantanamo and how the government had ceased all use of them.

We are in ohio too I am at a lose as to what to do from this point on . We have been to court once and it has been continued 3 times since then**************....CPS is now involved...... this is just to much************** We have an attorney. but still are terrified, we have heard of people who are inoccent getting charged with crimes****************************. If anyone can help with a little more advise other than what our attorney lets us know ( which isnt much)**************************** Please help**************...
