What is the name of your state?undefined PA

long sotry short... My partner wiped the bank account changed all the passwords to websites we developed together and reincorporated under another name.. I live in FL, we are incorporated in PA....... I have no income now and no idea where to go? any advice

Sorry to hear that. There should be records of withdrawal from the bank. I would take any information proving the original corporation with his involvement, what he did, and take it to a business attorney while suing for damages.

If you have access to the filed articles of incorporation and you issued shares that should also give proof of your part in the entity. Also you mentioned he reincorporated under a different name, that still leaves the original corp. there unless he/she disolved it. If you were listed in the original corp as an officer, board member, etc. and if the corp is not disolved (meaning it still exist) get your original articles and take them to an attorney to review making sure you can take control of the corp.
