Ummmmm........what kind of custody agreement do you have? Do you have joint? Do you have just visitation? Is there a custody agreement in place? Have you been to court over the children? You need to provide more info about this so that we can have a broader view as to whats going on. If you have joint custody, then she cant leave the state without your permission. If there is no custody order in place, then there is nothing you can do except file a custody hearing with the courts before she leaves. Otherwise your screwed. You have to pretty much hire an attorney to do that.
