Boy u were not kidding were u? I guess I was under the impression that I might get enlightend and have a better understanding of the law. The site is called Free Advice Forums is it not? U are reading me all wrong, I am not saying we should sue these people and he walks away a free man. He did commit a crime. The thing I am trying to do is find a way to make the abuse stop. It is wrong to hurt someone because there is so much hate in your heart. Im sorry these people have no hearts. Would u not feel the same way if it were someone that u loved? I guess some of us just have more compassion than others. He did not do anything that warrents the abuse and pain he is having to endure. I was just needing some hope and came to the wrong place. Enasni this is not directed at u at all. You tried to warn me. I did unlock my caps though.

I just hate the fact that they can do the things they r doing and get away with it I have been to that jail. It is horrible. And yes I realize it is jail but they don't have to treat u like u r a baby murderer. They do not give a flying *#@! if u r sick or if u cry , there is no compassion. If I were the one standing in their shoes and them in mine I would feel for them. We all make mistakes and stupid choices but they should not be allowed to condem or judge us. They do not know what kind of person we are. They only see a person that has messed up and is willing to pay the price but they are blind to anything good aboout that person. I guess I just think different than most. But thanks for the input.

how about the feelings of the person he assaulted.

this may be his just reward for his criminal "choices". He did not make a mistake, as you put it. He chose to assault, use drugs, steal a car, etc.

I came here looking for some answers and all I got was opinions of those of u who only see the bad in people that r in jail for whatever reason. I think some of his rights are being infringed upon yes... Like I said no body deserves to be beat and a tazzer used on them if they are not misbehaving in any way. Do U? Im sure u probably do. I was not avoiding your question I had backed off from this site because most of you have done nothing but belittle me, tell me things I already know or act like a complete coldblooded as@h#*e. I will mention no names, u know who u r. So in closing I will say to the ones that fit any catagory I have mentioned ... drop dead! And the ones who gave real advice and tried to help, thank you and god bless...

Prisons are for criminals, so needless to say, if you have a bunch of criminals locked up in the same place, violence and other sh*t is going to happen (face it, since they had no respect for others on the outside why would they expect respect on the inside?????). You commit a crime knowing damn well that you can end up in such a place, so criminals bring it on themselves. They are not innocent sweeties that deserve to be pampered, no matter how blinded by love their gf's on the outside are. If you don't do crimes you don't have to worry about being locked up with those animals. It doesn't take a genius to realise that.
