Hello,

My brother recently got a ticket for throwing a binder seperator. It's lightweight and can barely fly in the air. What happened is a girl pushed my brother and he got mad and threw it. It missed and hit the teacher. They wrote him a ticket and gave him 3 days suspension. Well what happened is it landed in the teachers hair and she pressed charges against him. If someone gets in a fight at school they only get in school supension for 1 day.

Well, it happened in Middle school. The teacher filed assault charges. They wrote him a ticket for "assault by contact". Is this even possible? What could we do to avoid the ticket?
