case in idaho, is there an age limit to be subpoena? what is the time limit to be served a subpoena before court?

My response:

There is no age limit to be subpoenaed to court.

If you are a witness, and not asked to bring any papers with you to your appearance in court, then there is no time element involved. Theoretically, once you're served with the subpoena, your appearance in court can even be immediate - - as in "right now".
