Do you have to be handicapped to sue people who don't follow the handicapped laws?

If you are talking about ADA (ADAA) violations, for a private right of action, you must be a "qualified individual with a disability". (And, some denial of services etc. because of the disability.)

Thank you for the compliment. I'm not sure I'm "back", its just I was cleaning out my bookmarks and saw this friend from the past and decided to click on it. We shall see if it is as addictive as it was. I do seem to see many who have been here back in the day and their continued contributions has me think it might be still. Once an alcoholic and all that.
