I found out for sure that the forensic psychologist, and law guardian are recommending my son be returned to his home state with me, whether or not his father chooses to move back or not. Basically, they dealt my ex an ultimatum, and now I am the one holding the cards. If he doesn’t settle according to my terms (which are fair, reasonable and best for our child) he will get screwed! The judge on my case has only ruled against the suggestion of the law guardian and psychologist once in 18 years. In the past two years (ex has temporary custody) I have had no say in our child's life, and very little time with him. Now, after waiting 17 months to resume our trial, we have 6 more trial dates set for May! I haven't been this happy in a long time. Im just BURSTING!
