The SOP rules still apply to children not yet in school. You would use the school calendar for the district the children live in. Most schools have websites you find the schedule on. Also, you are supposed to be following the SOP rules applying to school holidays, which are not always regular holidays, that give the NCP extra visitation time when school is out on a Friday or Monday.

If you are going to disneyworld, the best time is between MLK Day in January and Presidents Day in February. It's almost like having the place to yourself and it's only about half the cost of summer.
