I am new to this forum, but have read quite a few post.

I find his remarks often one-sided, heavy handed, and pre-judgemental.

I think he does more harm than good for this forum.

I vote for the boot.

I agree, i am judgemental, heavy handed ...

but NOT one sided,.....I get equally angry at dumb landlords as i do dumb tenants.

But in my defense, most people post a ONE sided view of the situation, their side.

So how are we to know what the truth is?

And has anyone been up against a nasty lawyer/law firm and a muli millon dollar adversary who objective was to bankrupt you?

I have, and won! And the reason i felt won was because of these heavy handed tactics. Think of it as a Heavyweight Fight, I'm in against Mike Tyson and he has a broken rib, my job is to aviod his punches and get at that rib, to win.

Scary as hell!

Actualy Jetx makes a good point for me to stay...

we ALL think alike, but i actually say these things out loud.

#1 women have sexual urges, so she wanted to get laid, so what? she could have not gotten drunk and left.

#2 Rednecks seem to want to throw away our constitution by doing illegal things and NOT spending any money to do it legally.

#3 Tenants do dumb things, so maybe by playing dumb, you can out wit the landlord.

#4 Uh isnt Family Values Important anymore? Our President thinks so, so who should you call to bail you outof a financial problem.... the Landlord?

#5 Brian posted that it is OK for someone to marry in move in the apartment without telling the landlord...BUT NOT IN HIS HOUSE!!!!

#6 Yes this is America, and we have a POOR education system where contracts and Basic Life Skills like leases are NOT TAUGHT IN HIGH SCHOOLS, whose fault is that?

#7 Lots of landlords try and steal your security deposit becuase they SPEND it, so you have to cover your butt when you vacate.

#8 Late fees apply if the letter is postmarked past the grace period, so if the landlord threw away the envelope, screw him on the late fees!
