What is the name of your state? Colorado

I moved to Colorado from the UK with the wife and 2 children 5 years ago, while here we also had a daughter. My wife now wants a divorce and to take all the children back to the UK. While I do not intend to contest the divorce, it would seem unreasonable to take the children that far away. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can prevent this ?

Many thanks

Do your children have passports?

If not, unless you agree to sign for one, they will not be given one and that may stop her from leaving with the kids.

Are you US citizens or UK?

Thanks for your reply

Except for my daughter who was born here and is a US citizen everybody has UK citizenship - they do have passports.

I don't intend contesting custody as I don't think I would have much chance in courts being the male - just want reasonable access

and don'r sign for a passport fr the youngest child, mom probably would not leave a child behind, or split up siblings, so as long as that child cannot go, it is likely she will stay...hopefully.
