What is the name of your state? OK
I have been working for my current employer for 6 months, and I get paid once a month,
She is taking out all of the witholdings but she is not paying them in. Is there anyway I can check on this? If she is not paying them in what is the consiquence?

Thank You
Judy

How do you know she is not paying them?

If you are talking about tax withholdings, and if you are right about her not paying them to the IRS, the state, SSA etc., the consequences to her are extremely serious. As long as you pay your portions, there is no consequence to you.

I know because I am the bookeeper. I see what goes in and what comes out and I have not seen that go out. I have also seen the envelopes where those forms have been sent but they are not being filled out and mailed back. It is time for W-2 forms so we will see what happens. Is there anyway I can check and see if it is being paid? Thanks Judy

With a W-2, it really won't matter if whether they paid it in or not, YOUR obligation is met. The problem will definitely be the owner who is NOT paying it in. The feds don't play games with folks like this and the penalties are high. If I were you, I would look for another job.
