What is the name of your state? Washington

I'm the resident manager for my apatrments and I cannot get ahold of my property manager, so I thought I would ask the question here. I have a tenant who signed a lease with his girlfriend, they split up and she moved away, he got a temp. restaining order on her and today missed the court date to get a new order. (the temp, has expired) the ex girlfriend has come back and wants to stay there, and he dont want that, he wants her off the lease, what can i do to get her off the lease legally?

the only way legally to get her off the lease is for her to sign a cancelation agreement other wise do your best to stay neutral and stay out of it so it doesnt cost you your resident manager job . let him again get a new restraining order to to do what he has to to get her out . ( when does the lease they signed expire ?)

Talk with your boss now and If your boss wants to see zero vacancy loss for that unit right now But will agree to have 1 party remain behind as tenant I would suggest that notice be given of management not wishing to renew .) If the lease was supposed to renew ) Telling them the joint lease will not be renewed . And have the party who will remain sign a new lease for Oct 1 bringing his sec deposit current . And make sure the new lease only allows the 1 adult to reside in unit .
