And that is just dealing with jobs for the most part. There are many more. This OP may be looking for trouble. I find it interesting in that she has posted many many times before and never once mentioned this issue. She has 59 threads total.

Oh, THIS chickie!

Not that it matters. The answer we gave her in this thread as to the legality of the sitution are still valid.

All the same, shoulda caught that. Thanks, OG.

Where is the law or rule stated here in" free advice" that says you can only ask one legal question and that's it?????????? I did not see anywhere here
that you are only allowed one free legal question.

What do my past legal questions have to do with my present legal questions? Who cares if I have asked legal questions here in the past? Show me the rule book here that says you can only ask one free legal question per lifetime.

Because all of your questions can impact others. How you react on those threads can determine these threads.

Huh??? What did I do wrong? I don't understand.
I want to apologize to everyone here for asking so many legal questions. I am sorry if I offended anyone here. That was not my intention. I need to ask another legal question but I will definitely warn them first that I have asked numerous legal questions in the past. Thank you.

You come across as somebody who wakes up every day hoping they will win the lawsuit lottery.

It's less the number of questions you ask as it is the impression you leave that you're determined to find SOMETHING that you can sue for and you're throwing everything you can find against the wall to see if you can find something that will stick.

Really??? I had no idea that people thought I was interested in filing any lawsuits!!!! Thank you. I have never filed a lawsuit and would never want to file a lawsuit.:) I am just interested in all legal topics.

People generally only come here when they're looking to sue someone, or to be told that something they dislike is also illegal. Most of them are disappointed when they find out they don't have a viable lawsuit or the disliked behavior is not illegal. You have asked enough questions that you should darn well already KNOW that your disliked behavior does not violate any laws.

So if we had told you that what your employer is doing is absolutely completely and unarguably illegal, what would you have done?
