Just to make everyone aware that in the state of Florida, the papers for letting your underage child gt a tattoo are only required to be signed by one(1) parent. If the papers only ask for one signature, by law, only one parent has to sign them.
Although 2 parents share "joint custody", the primary residence parent is responsible for all decision regarding that child. The primary parent can ask the other for advice, opinions, etc., but has every right in the world to make sole decisions wheter or not the other parent agrees. The other parent can contest it legally, but the decision falls back on the decision maker. Especially if in past cases the primary parent has proved the other "unfit" to be more involved because they have proved to not give "clear" thought to major decisions.
All in all, the decision maker cannot be sued!!!
