As for the amount that will be withheld, it should be whatever was owed at time of intercept, again that is a question that can be best answered by your local cse. Heck, I don't wait for anything to happen, that is usually how to best get nothing to happen. I dont want revenge on her or him. But the only way to get him to willingly pay is to violate him whether it be jail time or etc (i know he wont let it get that far). His family would have to drive 6 hrs just to visit him in the jail here. Where did I say I wanted revenge? Please point me to where because I missed it.

The woman tried to set me up by pretending to be a single mom and messaging me through a website so they are the ones who need to leave me alone. They stopped after I called them out on it.
