do I get my tax refund due after confermation of Chpt 13?

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? NY

I am in chp 13, and it has been confermed. Within the Bankruptcy the IRS has a claim for $1600.00 for past taxes due for the year 1995. I am due a refund for the year 2004 (the bankruptcy was filled in july 2004), and filled my tax refund after the confermation date.

My question is will I get my refund, or will the IRS keep it?
