i have a judgment against a person that fild bankruptcy and i have lawyer fees court fees that i lost out on because of the bankruptcy i just hoping i can deduct some of this on my taxs

If the lawyer fees were a direct business expense, they would be deductible. If the fees were for the collection or production of income, they are generally deductible.

Legal fees which are capital expenditures are not generally deductible. Things like defending, recovering or improving property. These must be capitalized.

Even with your increased facts, I don't know if they are deductible or not.
