Do you REALLY think that this is an employment contract? Honestly?
Given the very low percentage of employees who are actually under an employment contract, and given that the majority of those few who are, are high level executives, are you seriously telling me you think the odds are in favor of this being a truly legally binding contract? And that this alleged contract specifies the exact hours that the employee is to work?
Well if you do, I don't. If this poster really is a high enough level executive to warrant an actual contract, it's quite unlikely that there are any limits being placed on the hours he works, or that any specific hours are named as being the only hours he can be required to work. And if he's at a low enough level so that the employer is directing what hours he works, it's very unlikely that he has a legally binding employment contract.
