What is the name of your state? Tennessee

I had a tenant leave in the middle of the night a few months ago because he owed back rent. When he left he left an older vehicle that won't run on the property. What can I do to either get a lein on it or get it moved? I have no way of contacting them and any contact information I originally had on the lease is no longer valid. Is there anything I can do. Thanks in advance.

In addition to hauling the vehicle to the street, may I suggest you modify the lease you're using to include a clause stating that any vehicles determined to be inoperable, having expired tags or considered "abandoned" if not moved within X number of days will be towed without notice.

Mind you, when I exercise my right to tow, I do put a written 24 hour notice on the vehicle and if it's belongs to a current tenant, I also tack the a copy of the notice on their door.

Most recently, the County Marshal informed me that should I have any difficulty getting tenants to comply, all I need to do is inform his office and they will intercede.
