i live in washington and my ex lives is montana. He has agreed to terminate his parental rights so my fiance can adopt my daughter. can i start those proceeding now before he changes his mind? he has had no contact with my daughter for 3 years or more. he has never paid support. what are my options at this point?

Retain a Family Law Attorney and have they draw up adoption papers. If he is going to adoption your child, why have you not married him yet?
