I had a similar situation my daughters father left even before she was born. At the time I was 5 months pregnant. I had no choice but to collect welfare. The state of NJ ended up going after him for the support. When my daughter was 5 years old he took me to court for visitation. I refused and demanded his visitation rights be taken away. The judge agreed and he still pays child support til this day. She is now going on 14 years of age. Good luck with your case.

hee hee You forgot primp in the mirror (imagining talking to boys), experiment with everyone else's make-up (while talking about boys), pretending parent is horribly embarrassing (while fathoming them ever being attractive to boys).........LOL That was fun. :D

Last week's sleepover went well for my oldest & I. (Of course she's a tomboy so there is a lot more "Eeeewww!" re; boys than "heeee heeeee heeeee's! ") I find wearing pajamas and chomping popcorn helps me fit right in. ;) Thank God I got skipped on my turn with the rolling iron!

Ohhhh... watch out to not be the victim of the newest hair style... it usually hurts! LOL

They are still going strong. I'm letting the hounds out and then going to bed. But I was told that this has been *the* best party ever. LOL I knew it would be. I have a rep to uphold. The last big party was on Mischief Night - when I let all the kids (~25 10-13 yo boys & girls) TP the house. hehehehehehehe Oh yeah - I B Da KEWL Mom. ;)

I did, tho I am wiped out. I went up around 12:45, and they were still going strong. At 3, they woke me up, sure that someone was trying to break in 'cause they heard knocking. Came down, looked around, told them it was time to quiet down. Now they're all up, eating cinnamon rolls.

The knocking? Someone logging in to Yahoo IM.
