The Army will allow a person to enlist, without need of a waiver to do so, with 3 dependents. You also have no idea what you are talking about.

The Marine Corps does not allow anyone to enlist without a waiver for ANY number of dependents.

happynow: There is no better branch than the Marine Corps. :)
