What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey
I'm selling a townhouse in Quarry cove condominium in jamesburg NJ , buyer's inspector found termite shelter tubes located outside the garage door and front door, nothing was found inside the unit..when called hoa to request termite treatment they said it is the homeowner responsibility not the HOA.
this subdivision has 137 townhouses mine was in last phase so house is only 9 years old.according to the CC&R my subdivision consider condominium not PUD and also it states that HOA common elements includ without limitation "all foundation, columns, griders, beams, supports, those portions of exterior walls beyond the outside face of the drywall, etc...
I need to know what to do if it is the HOA responsibility to treat the termite?

Thanks Mike
