Terrible lawyer

Hi I have a question regarding my lawyer. I was in an auto accident 3 yrs ago while I was living in Mn. At the beginning of the month I recieved an offer to settle which I told my lawer (whom is in Mn) to accept, but that he needed to make sure that all of my medical bills were paid first. He told me all my bills had been paid and i would have my check in the next week. Well I put in my notice to move at my apartment because we were going to use the $ to get into a house. I was supposed to have the $ last week and i have been trying to reach my lawer every day calling constantly, but he wont call me back. I did speak to his assistant and she told me that a bunch of medical bills were not paid and there is a lien against my check. I am supposed to be out of my apt on the 30th and have no where to go. I cant get my lawyer to call me back, and i dont know what to do.

though i can say hat this whole country has gone mad with there "laws".
all these anti americans should be in jail. not the innocent people who who get the laws twistted againt them. the good book says tese are the end times. sure seems like it with all this insanity.

It serves you right for being out a place to live right now. That money was supposed to cover your medical bills and any loss you suffered due to the accident, not to go out and buy a pretty new house. Im pretty sure that using this money for your own personal gain is illegal (and if it isnt, it should be illegal) so all i can say is, dont be greedy. youre out of luck because of your greed. as the Bible says "the root of all evil is the love of money"

Oh come on---give the guy a break. You don't know what pain and suffering he went through.

I think I would go camp out at the lawyer's office until he saw me. Forget the phone because you seemed to have tried that. I don't know if you can really do anything at this point. Maybe some others will comment.
