I want to thank all of you who gave me such great advise. I took all of that knowledge and won my case in court. I just wish I would have counter-suied for my lost pay for having to take a day off of work. Thanks again!

I had an Open Acct. (credit card )...that was SOL. The judge threw it out. It was that simple.
