What is the name of your state? PA

Hi everyone,
How can I get a list of preforeclosure properties? There are so many websites on the internet and my first thought is "they are all scams". Does anybody have an experience with it?

A local newspaper is a good place to find foreclosure notices.

I hope you are not talking about forfeited properties (as in criminal forfeitures). Stay away from those.

PA,
Thanks for the answer, just one thing... I asked about PREforeclosure not foreclosure properties. Does anybody know how to get to such a list?

What is your definition of "preforeclosure properties"?

Sure do. YOu find a mortgage broker, a banker or an investment banker and sit on his lap and see what comes up....then if he's got a smile on his face, he'll show you a copy of the pre-forclosure list:D

Check with the neighbors and ask them if they are late in their mortgage payments.
