Daughter already goes to after school daycare. Which my husband pays 1/2 of. He pays 1/2 for 5 days, even though she only goes 3 days. They don't have part time for this after school program. My husband visitation starts on Thur. after she is out of school. and goes until Sat. morning or, every other week, it's until Sunday evening. Daughter does not go to the after school daycare on Thur and Fri.
This daycare she wants my husband to pay for is when they don't have school. For example Jan. 17th Monday, they will be out of school.
I know it's not a huge cost, but the point is, Bio mom shouldn't be allowed to " punish" my husband for calling CPS.
Bio mom is constantly doing things like this. When she gets mad she finds ways to get back at my husband.
Example,
Daughter had her last name legally hyphenated 2 years ago to reflect both bio mom's last name and husbands last name. ( they were never married)
Bio mom got mad at my husband and told the school she is to only go by Bio 's last name, leaving second part off.
This stuff is all petty but confuses and hurts their daughter.
