JetX,

I intentionally spelled it wrong to be sarcastic along with now which I spelled know. I didn't say you were hard on me specifically. I was speaking of your post in general. I don't have enough energy to defend my comments or feelings to you being that is what my life is consumed with these days trying to explain and justify to the creditors. I have been a member of a few other sites and each one has a person like you. I have just learned that going round and round with people like you is pointless and in fact you get off on it. I think that is really sad. Now back to my post- do you have the answer for me regarding the EIN#?

My response:

I love this guy!

He tries to piss on our perfectly, logical viewpoints, and refuses to understand that it's a "good thing" to properly communicate so that others can understand what's being said, and then has the audacity to still ask for help.

Well, here's some help for you. Screw you.

We'll let your post fall into oblivion, and you can ask your question, properly spelled and otherwise communicated, someplace else.

Jetx,

I am sorry. The question about the Ein/SS is another thread seperate from the car loan. However, it is on the same page I believe. Thank you

Hey JetX,

Thanks! In spite of me expressing my opinion regarding the whole spelling thing, it was cool that you still wanted to read my post regarding the EIN#. I was basically told to go screw myself or screw off or something for expressing an opinion. I think it was AAL but he/she is free to express an opinion. Hence sign on names can be very deceptive as to gender and with that said AAL if you are a woman then I am sorry for referring to you as a man. I myself am a woman and my sign on is the combination of both sons names.

Thank You Boxcar I feel much better now !!

The Spelling & Grammer Police need to take the logs out of their own eyes, before trying to remove a splinter from someone else's eye.

Sorry... didn't know perfect spelling and grammar were required. I do have a proposed solution. I would be happy to ship all posts to any person on this list that is designated as the final authority on such issues... so long as it is returned to me prior to posting so that I can verify that the content has not been changed.

Otherwise, those who are not happy to read my less than perfect spelling (perhaps more accurately less than perfect typing) and grammar are free to ignore my posts. Those who are here to exchange information may take from the posts what they can. If clarification is needed, I will do so to the extent I can.

My response:

Gotocourt, with all due respect, you haven't been here long enough to hold this, or any, opinion on the subject.

When you've been here for 3.5 years like me, and have to wade through posts from Arkansas like this - - -

"Nulla at odio. Integer ligula dolor, bibendum ut, imperdiet vitae, ornare vel, libero. Quisque elementum nisl nec lorem. Donec felis. Proin consequat consectetuer lorem. Aenean egestas, metus sed iaculis interdum, ligula odio volutpat felis, non lacinia magna purus lacinia tortor. Proin sit amet ante. Suspendisse semper quam ac quam. Quisque mi arcu, pulvinar et, lacinia eget, porttitor at, libero. Duis convallis sem sit amet arcu. Nam consectetuer tellus ut purus. Pellentesque porta varius dui. Fusce lorem ipsum, vulputate eget, aliquam volutpat, vestibulum quis, pede. Maecenas sit amet neque."

- - - then you can have a say on the issue.

And, believe me; the above example isn't too far from the actual posts we sometimes see.

And, we're not going to skip them. We're going to tell the writer that if they want help, then have someone else, who has graduated from Grammar School, write their posts.

IAAL:

Sorry... you are wrong on two counts: (1) I do have the right to express an opinion and will do so if I choose; (2) I fail to see where I expressed any opinion in my prior post.

I did propose a solution to those who are concerned about perfect grammar, spelling and/or typing, irrespective of whiether (or not) I believe they are nitpicking. I also invited those who are not happy to read my less than perfect spelling (perhaps more accurately less than perfect typing) and grammar to ignore my posts. Perhaps I should add, you (and anyone eles for that matter) may ignore my opinions as well. In turn, I just may ignore yours or comment upon them. However, you are also free to express them. I'm fairly confident that you need not wait for more than three years.

gotocourt, were you born a jackass or did you work hard for the honor.

I was the one who began this thread and nowhere in my original post did I say you had to be perfect. However, if you want help and it's a legal matter, I did say you need to communicate effectively and get to the point.

It's the same any judge or attorney would tell a client were they sitting in the same office and trying to tell a sob story without asking for legal advice.

Hex, you sorry speciman: Perhaps you can point to the rule that states that all responses on this forum are limited by the information set out in the original post. If you do find such a rule, perhaps you can explain your reply regarding the '69 Texas / Arkansas game (specifically, what did that have to do with anything).

Boxcarbill clearly has you pegged. The point remains that not everyone is going to meet your standards, no matter how much you whine. You may ignore their posts if you choose. Nothing compels anyone on this list to respond. If you choose to respond, all you need to do is answer the question to the best of your ability.

Beyond that, I would think that you of all people would be the last to resort to name calling. Was that supposed to be cute? It it evidence of your judicial temperment? Try that one in court sometime. Maybe it works in your hick community, but I wouldn't try it when you get to the real court

Again, you may ignore my posts altogether. Frankly, I don't care.

One thing for certain; you need to grow up, get a life, and quit your bitching.
