D. United states currency derived from the illegal sale of controlled subtances"
In legal terms, the phrase, " including but not limited to:" is all enclusive of everything listed and those things not listed, in other words it includes any and everything, the are not required to find only the things listed on tha warrant. Now do you understand???

You have gotten advice, unofrtunately you do not comprehend it's significance nor it's application to your plight.
I believe that my son will outgrow his problems, he has a great support grioup (his family) I just wish I could sue these gung ho cops...
He will not outgrow his problems they will only get worse without intervention.
You are already enabling him to continue in his criminal behavior because you fail to stop him and give him some consequences. You family is not a great support group, it is an enabling group and you are all being manipulated by him, he needs a drug rehab program of some sort where he is accountable to someone in authority, not someone who is going to make excuses for him. If you do not, it is only a matter of time before he is laid out in a coffin and you will be crying over his lifeless body, blithering about how" he was such a good boy, never any trouble and why didn't anyone help him? You will say, where were the cops?"

The comment was because I am not responsible for your son's criminal behaviors, YOU are respondible legally and morally. If you were acknowledging his need for rehabit would be different, but as it is, you are only hasening his death and no child deserves that, he needs help and it is your responsibility to get him help, not to help him commit future crimes.
