A couple of questions..one inspired by the post of things not to do. We are in the process of selling a home. It's been on the market for a year and has just this month gone into contract. If the contract falls thru or not, we'll still be looking at bk. Two housepayments for a year, plus an unforseen event that raided our savings, have put us in the proverbial poorhouse. We plan to use what little we will clear off the sale of the house to bring current our mortgage for the home in which we live, as well as bring current our car payments. Do you think this may be an issue? When we put the house up for sale, we certainly had no intention of filing bk, and up until this month we really thought we'd be able to pull out of this financial slump.

Next question..has anyone had issues with store credit cards, such as the store attempting to repo the merchandise when you filed bk?
thanks!!
