This may sound stupid?

New Jersey. I was driving to work and there was a school bus in front of me and all of the sudden a rock flew out from under the bus's tire and hit my front windshield and cracked it. Do I have any recourse against the bus company to get my windshield fixed?

Recourse for what? Did the bus intentionally fling the rock at you?

if you have already brought this up with the bus company telling the bus company that the tire shot the rock i believe you will have to pay for it although if you havent tryu telling them that the rock was thrown out of the window or the rock fell off of the roof then the bus company will have to replace your windsheild
